Regardless of animal, the tongue is one bit that is rarely thought of as "normal" cuisine. There are many ways to cook up this offal-y good treat.
Our pork is small batch, meaning we usually harvest twice a year. We are a small farm and it takes 18 to 24 months to grow out the beautiful Mangalitsa red marbled meat.
