Liver | Mangalitsa Pork
Liver has long been used by many cultures around the world because of it's deep, rich flavor. Liver is also a powerful source of Vitamin A, Iron, Zinc, and protein. These packages are all a pinch above 1 pound.
Our pork is small batch, meaning we usually harvest twice a year. We are a small farm and it takes 18 to 24 months to grow out the beautiful Mangalitsa red marbled meat.
