Liver has long been used by many cultures around the world because of it's deep, rich flavor.  Liver is also a powerful source of Vitamin A, Iron, Zinc, and protein.  These packages are all a pinch above 1 pound.

    Our pork is small batch, meaning we usually harvest twice a year. We are a small farm and it takes 18 to 24 months to grow out the beautiful Mangalitsa red marbled meat.

    Weight is an approximation.  When we have exact weights, we will contact you with the balance to be paid in full before delivery of product.
