    Our pork is small batch, meaning we usually harvest a few times a year. We are a small farm and it takes 18 to 24 months to grow out the beautiful pasture raised all natural Mangalitsa red meat.

    When we are taking pre-order deposits, weight is estimated.  When we have exact weights from the butcher, we will contact you with the balance to be paid in full before delivery of product. Thank you!
