Heart | Mangalitsa Pork
Pork heart is considered a delicacy in some ethnicities. Marinated, sauteed, and sliced thin; or stuffed and roasted, pork heart is truly a treat!
Our pork is small batch, meaning we usually harvest twice a year. We are a small farm and it takes 18 to 24 months to grow out the beautiful Mangalitsa red marbled meat.
