Ham steak: it's what's for breakfast, lunch, and dinner! A smoky, savory treat. We like to coat it with a little local honey and Kelley's Gourmet Mustard, and pop it on the grill for a few minutes on each side. AHmazing!!!

Our pork is small batch, meaning we usually harvest twice a year. We are a small farm and it takes 18 to 24 months to grow out the beautiful Mangalitsa red marbled meat.
