Fresh Pork Side | Mangalitsa
Our fresh pork side is an excellent choice for marinating and roasting, cast iron searing, or grilling. We would compare it to a beef skirt steak in cut and meat to fat ratio.
Our pork is small batch, meaning we usually harvest a few times a year. We are a small farm and it takes 18 to 24 months to grow out the beautiful pasture raised all natural Mangalitsa red meat.
