The best meat in the pig comes from the neck region, closest to the spine. It is by far the most desireable morsels of incredible flavor and tenderness. Various package sizes available.
Our pork is small batch, meaning we usually harvest twice a year. We are a small farm and it takes 18 to 24 months to grow out the beautiful Mangalitsa red marbled meat.
