I made a soy-braised cube pork (Kakuni) and Char Siu by Mangalitsa. These are fantastic taste!! Normally I can’t eat low quality fat due to my gallbladder cancer. (I have no gallbladder by surgery) but Mangalitsa fat is so yummy and I don’t get stomach pain.
